I took my Scion FRS here after hearing a repeated clicking sound whenever I went over bumps on the road. I was unsure what the issue was, but when I brought it in, they took it out for a test drive and were able to determine what the issue could be (which they didn’t charge me for). I brought it back in again for them look into it further. I was updated at every step of the way and I was given advice on how to proceed. They made sure to confirm with me before doing anything that wasn’t previously agreed upon, and the repair took as long as they predicted it would.
