Outstanding service and the best customer service I have ever experienced from a repair shop (excluding my local dealer). My daughter attends UF and I live 2.5 hours away. I chose City Auto Repair because of the great reviews, and they did not disappoint. If you are a parent of a Gator and need to find a reputable, local shop- this is the place.

I was in a pinch being out of town on a family vacation and my water pump started leaking. They were able to get the repair completed in a timely manner and were very professional the entire time. I was recommended by a family friend and do not regret following that recommendation. If I lived in the area I would definitely take my business there again. Waiting room was also very accommodating for a family and very clean.

I cannot recommend City Auto enough! My entire experience from start to finish was uncomplicated and helpful. Rachael took the time to keep me updated on my vehicle and explained the work that was being done in an honest and understandable way. It was a refreshing experience to not feel taken advantage of at an auto repair shop. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
